How can a feasibility study help a city district turn mobility ambitions into concrete, implementable solutions?
On 8 October 2026 at 10:00 CET, GEMINI will host an online webinar dedicated to the Prague 6 Feasibility Study, exploring its strategic importance, its links with European projects, and the opportunities it identifies for advancing sustainable urban mobility.
The session will introduce the objectives and methodology of the study, including the role of the Turin Mobility Living Lab, and will present the main findings emerging from the analysis. Participants will gain an overview of the conditions that need to be considered when planning and implementing innovative mobility solutions in Prague 6.
From analysis to implementation
A key focus of the webinar will be on the practical elements that can support future decision-making in Prague 6.
The session will cover:
- the SWOT analysis developed for the district;
- the identification and assessment of relevant stakeholders;
- the proposed implementation schedule;
- the resources required to move forward;
- the main risks to be considered;
- and the key performance indicators (KPIs) that can be used to monitor progress and results.
